NEXT Real Estate is an independent real estate agency serving clients throughout Albania in residential and commercial property. Its main office sits on Rruga Shyqyri Alimerko at the start of the Lungomare in Vlorë, and a second office, Next Capital, serves clients in Tirana. The agency is led by its founder and broker, Beler Beleraj, and its managing director, Izabela Beleraj.
The team of brokers and lawyers guides buyers, sellers, investors, developers and business owners through every step of the process. Alongside sales and rentals, NEXT offers legal consulting, documentation for foreign citizens including residence and work permits, banking and financial consulting, and company registration.
