About Aksu

Aksu, on Antalya's eastern airport side, is the province's fastest-growing investment zone — anchored by the new-build Altıntaş district, which has become Antalya's most important growth area for off-plan, hotel-style residential towers. It sits beside the Kundu luxury-hotel strip and Lara Beach, with Antalya Airport, the city tram line (Aksu and EXPO stops) and the Antalya Expo Center all on the doorstep, plus Düden Waterfall and TerraCity mall nearby. For buyers, listings are often quoted in USD here: one-bed apartments start around $197,000 (43 m²) and two-beds around $217,500, with the broader area spanning roughly $125,000–$249,000 and larger units from $270,000 (2-bed) to $380,000 (3-bed) and up to ~$1,450,000 (4-bed); district €/m² isn't separately published and yields are described as improving as the district matures (Antalya tourism-zone ~6–10% generally). The airport is ~3 km (about 10 minutes) and the Old Town ~15–18 km. The buyer base is off-plan and airport-zone investors chasing lower entry prices, interest-free installments, capital growth and rental income. See the Antalya City Guide and Turkey Investor Guide.
